Then this program is the context you need—it will support you in experimenting and learning to successfully manage entrepreneurial leadership tools in a unique system of applicability—observer leader—generator leader—mentor—so that your presence successfully aligns with the complexity of your role.
From my quarter-century of entrepreneurial experience and my experience as a professional coach and facilitator of growth in the area of business and leadership, here are just a few examples of why decision-makers do not achieve the right kind of lasting growth in business:
- They do not distinguish between the two types of leadership, operational and visionary.
- They do not know how to create a management system vs. tasks.
- They refuse to realize the real value they bring to the business and the team.
- They confuse growth management with strategic processes.
- They are satisfied with just covering the monthly costs of the business.
- Due to various personal fears, they get stuck in micromanagement
- They are afraid of losing control by delegating or do not know how to delegate correctly
- They do not pay attention to discovering new resources held by internal partners (employees and collaborators) or do not assign them to the roles where they bring the most value
- They tolerate toxic behavior in the team for fear of losing
- They fail to develop partnerships with suppliers and customers due to the excessive attention paid to the procurement or sales process
- They do not define a dynamic vision
- They do not define concrete objectives
- They do not allow themselves space for observation and learning
– do not actively follow the implementation stages
– do not allow space to analyze and develop products and services from opportunities
– too much attention to sales, too little or no attention to the process of developing internal leaders, mentoring, or empowerment
– do not know how to develop as influential leaders
– do not seek clear tools to apply in order to generate impact and repeated success

If at least two of the above scenarios sound familiar to you, then this program is the right solution for you. With the right leadership presence and the appropriate application of entrepreneurial tools, which you will experience, these dysfunctions and their consequences can be resolved in a healthy and effective way—this is what you will gain throughout this program, which consists of 10 stages of learning and training, as follows:
Module 1: Personal and business performance goals
Before embarking on any growth path, we need clarity about the personal and business context in which we want to achieve performance results at a harmonious pace, and this requires identifying a dynamic vision of the desired destination. This clarity is necessary in personal organization, in organizing and managing the team by roles and responsibilities, in prospecting and sales processes, and in expanding the desired impact. The tool you will integrate at this stage includes setting the right goals and harmonizing them so that they do not become conflicting and costly.
Module 2: Personal potential, business potential, and ecosystem potential
Wherever you are in your current journey, there is always the potential to reach the next level of performance and quality. In this stage, we will identify both aspects of any type of potential: that of untapped resources and that of the ability to achieve. In this stage, you will acquire entrepreneurial tools for identifying human and business potential, as well as the potential created by future opportunities, in relation to the objectives you have set.
Module 3: Essential Leadership Map
It is not enough to know our strengths and weaknesses; the unique model of this entrepreneurial leadership tool will give you the opportunity to have permanent clarity about your personal dynamics, where the focus will be on the applicability, maximization, and monetization of your internal and external resources, along with identifying the learning and performance needs specific to your context.
Module 4: Shift towards a growth mindset
Each stage of growth confronts us with our own conflicting or limiting beliefs, inviting us to procrastinate, avoid, and find excuses for our inaction, no matter how much we want to move forward. This reality is most often observed in the operational area of leaders who manage activity through micromanagement, by poorly assuming multiple roles simultaneously, by putting pressure on the team and business partners, but also in social relationships. The illusion of omnipotence and control is a trap that falsely feeds the need for self-importance and security, but the consequence is precisely the inhibiting effect it has on the leader’s personal maturation and on the growth of economic activity.
At this stage, you will learn the ability to generate a reorientation towards a growth mindset, both for yourself and for those in your ecosystem.
Module 5: Generate partnerships
You will learn how to interact harmoniously with the intention of creating productive partnerships. The ability to understand the body of a relationship, to understand and manage psychological positions within them will be a very useful entrepreneurial leadership tool. Furthermore, throughout this module, you will discover how to actively listen to what is said and what is not said, and how to ask exploratory and solution-oriented questions, which are essential tools in negotiation, conflictual conversations, and sales processes.
Module 6: Growth Communication
Delegation, one of the most mature skills of a leader, is in fact a process of transferring power, which has more to do with the emotional capacities of the leader than with the abilities of the person taking on certain responsibilities and duties. For this process to have at least the expected results, it needs to become a space for growth communication, and it can be built on the leadership tools you will discover in this module.
Module 7: Turn challenges into opportunities
What you will learn in this module is an essential system of strategic analysis and problem solving through smart decisions, immediately applicable both at the macro level of the ecosystem and at the situational level – sales, branding, human resources, specific challenges, product creation, pivoting/opening new verticals, etc. This entrepreneurial leadership tool includes, in addition to the ability to reposition ourselves in the face of challenges, elements of operational management and growth.
Module 8: Tools for critical and creative thinking
This module will be full of energy, I assure you. You will discover tools that support critical thinking, data analysis, and evaluation with simplicity, combined with creative techniques that bring freshness, enthusiasm, and diversity to the problem-solving process. No problem can be solved with the same mindset that created it, which is why this entrepreneurial leadership tool brings a fresh context that generates innovative ideas and solutions.
Module 9: Managing change processes
Change as a concept needs to be understood differently, because what we call change is actually an extension of life scenarios based on decisions and choices – a more appropriate word is modeling! The journey towards performance and success, for a person and an activity, involves a continuous process of modeling towards the desired results, a dynamic process that can only be driven with the help of a personalized system of resource management towards objectives. Because this personalization is needed, not copy-paste, the purpose of this module is to provide the structure of the entrepreneurial leadership tool through which you, as a leader, can build this unique management system.
Module 10: Excellence in leadership – personal influence
This entrepreneurial leadership tool addresses both the identity and role of a leader and supports entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and management team members in becoming distinctive leaders, valued role models, and successful individuals who lead and are involved in successful businesses!

I strongly believe in the power of entrepreneurship, in the dynamic ecosystems created under this umbrella, and in its ability to have a positive impact at the macro level, on society, and at the micro level, on families, social systems, and relationships.
